It looks like a previous attempt (https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/4360)
also had to migrate several other testing utils like `PAssert`. Is it just the
case that you only need `TestPipeline`, and don't use the other utils?
I think it would be fine to just do TestPipeline for now, but if other
utilities will be needed in the future I wonder if we should start a new
package for junit5 compatible utilities, or even make a new extension for it.
