The Java unit tests on Windows is failing because of an
`UnsupportedOperationException` on
`java.nio.file.Files.setPosixFilePermissions`. Is that something that can be
ignored since SDK harness isn't run on a windows container? I'm guessing these
tests were turned on after the current MemoryMonitor was changed @kennknowles
