In the 2.29.0 release I noticed that the `_rc` version of the artifacts was
not built in https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/runs/742169034 or anyhow
the script filters out the 5 artifacts that are there.
On the other hand, the non-`_rc` artifacts worked well and they are found
[on
GCS](https://pantheon.corp.google.com/storage/browser/beam-wheels-staging/v2.29.0-RC1/d7f44ed64351905c5b972921434da8100c142607-742169034?pageState=(%22StorageObjectListTable%22:(%22f%22:%22%255B%255D%22))&project=apache-beam-testing&prefix=&forceOnObjectsSortingFiltering=false)
and staged in
[dist.apache.org](https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/beam/2.29.0/python/)
I wonder if it is because the RC tag no longer resides on the release
branch?
