Looks like the regression did not make it's way into the release branch, so we
may not need a cherry-pick.
Currently Python 3 postcommit suites are triggered with "Run Python3
PostCommit" command, I am sending a PR to invoke both py2 and py3 postcommit
using same spell "Run Python PostCommit":
