If Jenkins machines are displaying as offline [https://ci-beam.apache.org/]
what should you do?
Check for machines with name

on apache beam testing GCP project?
If the machines are running there, try sshing in, and then check for

Check the network settings, you should specifically look for
___________________?
Try pinging the external IP/hostname? X needs to be able to connect to this
host. Here is how to test if X can connect to that host or not. Here is how to
troubleshooot that.
