Currently *BigQueryStorageReader* interface expects a *GenericRecord* to be
returned in the *readSingleRecord* method for both *Arrow* and *Avro*
implementations. It should be modified to produce a *Row* to avoid converting
Arrow data to *GenericRecord.*
