   I somehow forgot about this one. I still do not understand why the jackson 
dependencies that come from `beam-java-sdk-core` are not resolved here, and why 
they should be defined explicitly in the runner even if it is not using it. 
Maybe @je-ik or @dmvk can have an intuition on this, maybe it is because of 
some weird classloading detail on Flink?
   
   Also the requested update to use the default Beam version of jackson is 
missing, but that's minor, but good to align.
