Hi [~kibowman] I do know what to do, I just haven't peeled off the time to get
it done. A bunch of the existing time has been spent seeing whererever we were
manipulating license files. I'm prioritizing it today, since the next release
cut is tomorrow. Note that the SDK won't exit experimental with this release
cut since the Go Modules migration isn't complete yet.
It's very hard to search for license file manipulation when nearly every file
in the repo has the Apache 2.0 License header :P .
