Summary: Use date logical type when converting Avro date to Beam

Currently, Avro dates are converted to Beam datetimes. With this change, we
can retain the original date field type.
I discovered this issue when further converting the Beam schema to a BigQuery
TableSchema. The BigQuery field ended up as a TIMESTAMP instead of the desired
DATE type.
