* In Incognito mode, defaults to Unix and Direct when opening:

* In Incognito mode, shell and runner selections persist after refresh on:
[https://beam.apache.org/get-started/quickstart-java/]
* Selected runner and shell are persisted after manual clear of local storage
on: [https://beam.apache.org/get-started/quickstart-java/]
* Confirmed that selected runner and shell persist between pages after changes
on page A and a refresh of page B.
