We have reverted the #15140 and the issue is gone.
However the jenkins job. Though no test is failing, the task is fails to
publish the test report and fails with error
ERROR: Step ‘Publish JUnit test result report’ failed: No test report files
were found. Configuration error?

I don't think with this, it's a blocker anymore.
