[~echauchot] I downloaded the latest version of Beam (2.11.0) but the code of
my PR and [yours|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-4164] are not
present even if they are indicated in the [Release
Notes|https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12319527&version=12344775],
is this normal?
