Added following based on the discussions in the doc and the mailing list.
* Added a yaml based allowlist for classes/methods.
* Added two annotations so that transform authors can customize
constructor/builder method names offered.
* Automatically simplifies the common builder pattern "withXyz" by also
allowing the format "xyz".
