Ah, I found it, we can use {{BeamJarExpansionService}} instead of the
{{JavaJarExpansionService}} which will build the jar from gradle target (for
example {{sdks:java:io:expansion-service:shadowJar}}). It still accepts the
{{extra_args}}.
