Description:
As a Beam Playground *User*, I want to use it with an accessibility level
similar to Dart Pad. To metric accessibility level, I prefer to use the Google
Lighthouse tool.
1. No critical issue presented in the Google Lighthouse report
2. Accessibility level for Beam Playground not less than Dart Pad both in
incognito and not incognito mode
