Backend should have an opportunity to make some preparation work with files 
before validate/compile/run executor's methods.
 * Add one more step to executor - Prepare (should work like Validate)
 * Add preparation functional into *java_helper*:
 ** remove *public* modification before each class
 ** remove *package ...* string
