Description:
Backend should be able to make some preparation work with files. This step
should be one of the executor's steps.
* Add one more step to executor - Prepare (should work like Validate)
* Add preparation functional into *java_helper*:
** remove *public* modification before each class into the file with code
** remove *package ...* string into the file with code
