Description:
As a Beam Playground user, I want to perform some actions using shortcuts:
* Run Code
* Reset
* Clear
Acceptance criteria:
# Run code could be called using CMD/Ctrl + 0
# Reset could be called using V+9
# Clear could be called using Shift+T
# Pressing Shortcuts button should show modal with all available shortucs
