If we are deploy via Docker container, we will need that application
inside container listen to 8080 port, and ingress on App Engine VM.
Scheme of work looks like

I mean, on AppEngine VM there are container called nginx_proxy, it has
nginx inside and config has block

server gaeapp:8080;
}
```
So that's why I added slightly modified nginx default config, that listens
to 8080 port instead of default 80
