The following AWS IOs (SDK v1) only support static credentials using AWS
key/secret:
* DynamoDBIO
* SnsIO
That's not very flexible and also typically not recommended.
Configuration should be changed to support AWSCredentialsProvider similar to
the IOs for SDK v2.
