As a Beam Playground *maintainer,* I want to have a deployment step in the
release pipeline for examples/unit-tests/katas supported by Beam Playground to
the Beam playground infrastructure.
*Acceptance criteria:*
# The pipeline runs script/application to find tagged objects in the Beam
repository
# The pipeline compiles found examples/katas/unit-tests in Beam Playground
executable format
# The pipeline deploys collected objects into Beam Playground infrastructure
# GitHub actions are created for these processes
