If I'm reading that code correctly, it handles encoding flattens from a user
pipeline to the runner. The other piece of the puzzle is that you can correctly
handle flattens sent from the runner to the Go SDK Harness. But considering
that Go hasn't had any problems with Flattens, I assume that's been implemented
to, so it should be fine.
