so what do you thing about withQuery like in
[sqoop](https://sqoop.apache.org/docs/1.4.2/SqoopUserGuide.html#_free_form_query_imports)
where user have to provide $CONDITIONS tag so library can insert range filters?
I'm happy to rewrite it with such approach to have full select statement and
placeholder for filters and I will support old where method as well and mark it
as deprecated.
