Adds inbound binding cases for MultiMap side inputs, taking the funcx
MultiMap form and a PCollection and binding each to concrete types. Adds unit
test cases (explicit typing and generics) and a specific error message for a
case where a user tries to pass a non-KV PCollection into a MultiMap side input
access form.
