Description:
These buttons have missing links in Apache Beam Playground:
* About Apache Beam
* Privacy Policy
* Send feedback
They should be added as described below:
* About Apache Beam links to [https://beam.apache.org/]
* After pressing the Privacy Policy button the popup appears with the
corresponding Privacy Policy text – same as the DartPad policy
[https://dart.dev/tools/dartpad/privacy]
* "Send feedback" should be replaced with "Report issue in Jira" as it is
changed in
[mockups|https://www.figma.com/file/gzeYx965q4DwV6ugDzp0iG/Apache-Beam-Playground?node-id=0%3A1]
