Description:
As a Beam Playground {*}maintainer{*}, I want to have metrics in Google
Analytics so I can find detailed insights into the usage of Beam Playground.
*Acceptance criteria:*
# Metrics are defined in the corresponding Jira ticket
# Collection of all defined metrics is implemented in the frontend application
# Metrics are gathered in Apache Beam Google Analytics
*Metrics:*
* Open playground page
* Select example (select_example)
* Select SDK (select_sdk)
* Click to New Example button (click_new_example)
* Click to Reset button(click_reset)
* Toggle dark/light mode (toggle_theme)
* Open shortcuts modal (open_shortcuts_modal)
* Open link (open_link)
* Click to Send feedback (send_feedback_click)
* Click to Enjoying Playground (enjoy_playground_click)
