Could we hold off on this PR for a little bit? My colleagues at Neo4j
[merged a PR](https://github.com/neo4j/neo4j-java-driver/pull/1082) against the
Neo4j java driver which will allow us to simplify the code for this IO. When
neo4j-java-driver version 4.4.2 is released I'll update the code with the
changes I tested.
