Some performance metrics have disappeared from http://metrics.beam.apache.org/
dashboard around 9/15. Noting disappearance of:
- Streaming checkpoint benchmarks.
- Python ParDo benchmarks for Flink Runner.

Noting that the Jenkins jobs continue to run, for example:
https://ci-beam.apache.org/job/beam_LoadTests_Python_ParDo_Flink_Batch/
Haven't look at the checkpoint job.
Possible culprit: https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/15503, which updated
Grafana to a new version.
Haven't seen other changes around that time.
