Add a new API method to get logs of the code processing:
* GetLogs
This method should get all existing logs of the code processing for the certain
`pipelinedId` from the cache using `pipelineId` as a key and a new subKey
`Logs`. This method also should save the index of the log which have been
already sent to the client.
