   As long as the old pubsublite works fine with the new flogger (It's very 
likely; otherwise we would have seen Beam test failures already), we don't need 
to touch pubsublite version in 2.35.0 branch.

   Got this release note from @dzou. The flogger artifact in BeamModulePlugin 
is irrelevant to this flogger 0.7.2 release.
   https://github.com/google/flogger/releases/tag/flogger-0.7.2 So Beam doesn't 
need to worry about flogger version.
