Description:
This will give an indication to the user to take a look at them.
Needs to be done:
* {*}Each time output or log tab is updated{*}, the orange indicator appears
in the title of the corresponding tab
* The content of the tab scrolls to the bottom when the user opens the tab
with the indicator
* The indicator disappears when the user opens the tab with the indicator
