[~srfrnk] BEAM-6861 introduced support to pass the full query to CassandraIO so
now this filter feature is duplicated and after discussion with [~echauchot] we
consider that it is probably a better idea to remove it to make the maintenance
easier. Please excuse me for proposing this but it will be easier for the users
of the IO too.
