Hi [~tvalentyn],
We would like to let you know that the PR is ready, [~danimartin] and I have
worked on upgrading the Jenkins image from Ubuntu 16.0 LTS to Ubuntu 20.04.3
LTS. The result image is {_}jenkins-worker-boot-image-20220107{_}, which
includes the Ubuntu upgrade, the Java SDK17 installation (previously
implemented in {_}jenkins-worker-boot-image-20211214{_}) and your latest
changes implemented in {_}jenkins-worker-boot-image-20220105{_}.
Likewise, a PR was created where we include the bash script that we developed
for the installation of Python 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9 versions using pyenv.
Also, we added its corresponding documentation and explanation in a README file.
Finally, we have verified the upgrade by running in a new instance (Ubuntu 20)
the tests suggested in the above comments. In the same way, we ran the same
tests in an instance using the current image
_jenkins-image-worker-boot-image-20220105_ (Ubuntu 16). We created a PDF with
the test results, which we shared with you through your email.
