Now that the Go failure is resolved, it looks like there is a failure during
compilation. :sdks:java:io:hcatalog:dependencies doesn't show vendored calcite
on the compileClasspath. Why does it need it?
Is checkerframework interfering with the compiler in some way it shouldn't be?
