As a Beam Playground {*}Contributor{*}, I want to set the exact line where the
interesting part of the example begins, so it is scrolled to it when the
example opens in Playground.
*Acceptance Criteria:*
* The examples tag has the field that the line where the example needs to be
scrolled to
* The field accepts only integers
* The field is mandatory
