Remove the internally unused, deprecated functions in
[clone.go|https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/go/pkg/beam/core/runtime/pipelinex/clone.go]
after an appropriate amount of time. Functions will be marked as deprecated as
of 2.37.0 release, and a window of time to allow anyone using them to migrate
to another solution before removal.
