Summary: Update docs for SnowflakeIO

The documentation for Snowflake has some bugs and fails to explain a few
things. I would like to make the following changes:
- Fix code examples
- Add information about the need to add a maven package.
- Add links to other resources i.e. SnowflakeIO source code, SnowflakeIO
Javadoc/pydoc, Snowflake docs
- Describe more precisely the {{Snowflake.DataSourceConfiguration}} object
configuration for the different authentication methods.
- Add section about current limitations
- Improve file syntax
In the coming weeks, I will want to introduce more changes, but these changes
seem crucial to me.
PS. Can I ask for {{io-python-snowflake}} component?
