Should we create a new flag for passing in debezium io JAR?
Because what was happening before is in the XVR tests on jenkins, :io
expansion service is passed in the io_expansion_address flag. This is causing
DebeziumIO tests to fail in the Go SDK because it needs its own expansion
service. Thats why I included it in :io so that DebeziumIO transforms are also
expanded from :io expansion service.
