This is a continuation of the work started in #16776
Right now, when we have an iter/reiter/multimap function that uses a nested
type with a non-concrete type somewhere in it, we don't give a very clear error
- e.g., if we tried to define the following pardo:
```
type nestedNonConcreteType struct {
Ghi func(string) string
}
type nonConcreteType struct {
Abc string
Def nestedNonConcreteType
}
func (f *extractFn) ProcessElement(ctx context.Context, line string,
multimap func(string) func(*nonConcreteType) bool) {
```
we get the following error:

panic: inserting ParDo in scope root/CountWords
constructing DoFn
invalid DoFn
caused by:
method ProcessElement invalid
caused by:
bad parameter type for reflect.methodValueCall: func(string)
func(*main.nonConcreteType) bool
```
This updates the error handling to be:
```

Output of a multimap must be valid iter type
