Hope all is good!
We have added the changes to include the `Windows self-hosted runners`. We
updated the `GitHub Actions workflows` and added the `scripts` used for the
implementation. Also, we have created the corresponding documentation
(README.md files) for this task.
Could you please help us to have a look at this PR again?
