Ah, the splittable DoFn. So yes, I think it's best to leave that as a TODO
as it's not 100% clear how to safely run the cypher queries in parallel in a
generic fashion. For now it's best to use the parameters to achieve
essentially the same effect, just not in an automatic fashion.
