Hi everyone,
We have added the changes in the [PR
#16511|https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/16511] including the {{{}Windows
self-hosted runners{}}}. We updated the {{GitHub Actions workflows}} and added
the {{scripts}} used for the implementation. Also, we have created the
corresponding documentation (README.md files) for this task.
