@robertwb, I'd appreciate your feedback on this change, in particular
whether you think modifications of views of PipelineOptions should modify the
options, or instead, views should have been made read-only.
Also, do you think methods of PipelineOptions class need to be made
thread-safe if modifying views is allowed? Thank you.
