I've made `KV<byte[], byte[]>` the default. Optionally, users can specify a
different Deserializer. I've updated the documentation and modified the
end-to-end-test in `flink_runner_test.py` to fully execute (and check failure
due to missing Kafka cluster). I think we can merge this and then add
`WriteToKafka` next.
