[~kileys] We need to decide 1) where to put the content; 2) who will migrate
the doc to our Beam docs. If I understand the content correctly, it sounds like
we should just add a section to the [Spark Runner
page|https://beam.apache.org/documentation/runners/spark/]. [~benglez] is
welcome to convert his doc to markdown and submit a CL and I'll review it, or I
can do that (or find somebody to do it). (Thanks for writing this up,
[~benglez]!)
