Description: KinesisUploader is an util test class that is no longer used
in KinesisIO so we can safely remove it, in case there is anyone using out side
of KinesisIO he can easily take it from a previously release and ocpy paste it
locally because it depends only on Amazon deps. (was: KinesisUploader is an
