We should update OWNERS files related to GCP connectors to include folks with
appropriate context. Also, we should update the connector code to suggest using
these reviewers for any significant changes to these connectors.
This will help us avoid future regressions related to GCP I/O connectors.
Other connectors can be updated in the future as needed.
