Opened an experimental PR (#[17749|https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/17749])
which compiles and tests passed. However I do not have a real hcatalog
environment to run the integration test HCatalogIOIT (this test is not covered
by any jenkins test either). Would be nice if someone could validate it.
