Review Comment:
I think we might extend `PythonCallableSource` with the context that
`exec`ed before calling a callable like
```
PythonCallableSource.of("lambda x:
os.environ['PREFIX']+x").withContext("import os")
```
We don't need to update the method signature when we pass
`PythonCallableSource` here.
