Description:
Handle dynamic functions in extractGraphFn if necessary, or just clear this
TODO if not necessary.
This is a tracking bug for a TODO in
[vet.go|https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/master/sdks/go/pkg/beam/runners/vet/vet.go].
If none of the TODOs there are labelled with this bug anymore, then it's safe
to close this.
